Pac The House Homeschool Resource Center does not hire teachers, we provide a space for teachers to use their knowledge and talents! All of our teachers are self-employed or independent, freelance contractors. You set the outline for your class, you set the fees!

Tutor A Child
Determine your own hours. Choose your own subjects. Pick the grade level you want to tutor. Set your own price. Then apply to become a part of our team and begin tutoring at our resource center to help students grow in their knowledge!

Teach A Class
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to teach a core subject like English or History. Or an elective class like Art, Music or Wood shop. You can even set your own class fees and grade levels! Apply today, no matter what you are interested in or want to teach!

Volunteering at Pac The House would be an amazing opportunity for all ages! We would love to have teens, parents and grandparents involved with the lives of our children and the growth of their education! Apply today if you are interested!
Requirements to Teach or Lead (Long-Term Classes)
1. Must sign a basic Christian Statement of Faith. This is required for all teachers and leaders.
2. Be committed to the classes and its students. Teachers must be committed to show up for every class and do their best not to cancel class except for emergencies. If classes are cancelled, teachers are expected to schedule a make-up class. Teachers must sign a Teacher Contract outlining these expectations.
3. Pass the teacher application process. Every teacher must first complete an Application and pass a background check. A small fee (paid by the applicant) is required to pay for the background check. Following review, the applicant must complete an in-person interview with 2 members of the staff.
4. Attend mandatory teacher meetings. Teachers are expected to attend a mandatory meeting prior to the start of each term.
